There are two ways to solve this puzzle. One is the "Legal" way (the way the programmers intended you to do it) and other one is the not so legal way. The upper left corner is supposed to lock the pillars in there if they get there, but you can push them off to the right or down if you walk diagonally against them. Up to 7 different patterns can be found to solve this puzzle using this little cheat.

Go to the saving station outside the door to heal yourself and climb either of the 2 towers you already visited to get up to the external bridge where now you can use your 3 keys to get trough.
