Septimus tells you to go to Sybill's house. Head to the Northeast part of the village and talk to Fein. After this head to the Sanctuary cemetery and speak with Luta. Walk out of the gate and Meade will stop to speak with you. Once complete head back to Meia's house and Septimus will distract Myra long enough to enter her dream.
Inside the dream, immediately head West and use the moving platforms to open the treasure chest containing a life vessel. Use the chest to move to the grass on the right, then continue East. This path will bring you to Meia for the first time.
From here walk to the Southeast corner and find a glowing save point and a treasure chest containing a gilded falcon. Now head to the Northwest corner of the area to find a door is now available. There will be two levers in this area. Hit the left lever and quickly jump on to the platform to the right. The hit the right lever to drop the platform near the statue. Hit the statue three times to release Meia, jump on to the platform to continue.
Head back to the treasure chest that held the life vessel to find Meia for the second time. Head North and find a second door has been made. Traverse the platforms and hit the pressure switch. Now use the platforms to get to the statue and again hit it three times to release her.
Leave the area and again head to the life vessel treasure chest. Follow the path North to find Meia for the third time. Use these blocks to jump to the third available door. Grab a torch and burn the bush behind the wall on the left platform. Hop into the water and swim West, then North for another torch to burn the next bush. Head back to the last torch and traverse the platforms to burn the final bush. Swim around to the statue to release Meia.
Upon leaving the area, head back to the start of the dream to find Meia for the fourth time. Head back near the third door and use the steps to make it to the now available fourth door. Activate the pressure switch directly ahead then use the platform to the right for the next one. Use the moving platform to activate the next switch and continue. Time the next jump to the moving platform to make it to the pressure switch in the Northwest corner. Using the moving platform hit the last switch for a barrel to drop. Slightly position the barrel on top of the initial pressure switch to form a path to the next statue to release.
Upon leaving the area, head back to just South of the life vessel chest to find Meia for the fifth time. Head back to the fifth door which is now available. Hit the two levers, when the blocks are furthest away from each other; to stop the blocks and create a path to the pressure switches. Now release the statue to continue.
Upon leaving the area, Meia is near the sixth door. Use the path to get to the fourth door to find her. Hop into the water and swim left and North. Hug the wall and jump to the East. Use the barrel to make a way back and grab the torch. Use the barrel, from the top of the platform jump and throw the torch to burn the bushes. Jump to the platform, careful it falls, and release the statue.
Upon leaving the area, head to the steps that lead to the fourth door and walk North. Meia will be waiting outside the final door. Meia wants to play red light green light essentially. Use the first two blocks with no problems. Upon getting to the third block, Meia will increase the speed she sings three times. On the fourth time it will be slow again, this is Alundra's chance to catch her and finish the dream.
