GameCube Controls

Remember that many of the game's actions are context sensitive. That means that the action the A button performs is based on where you are and what you are trying to do. The same goes for the X button.

• D-Pad - Move characters/navigate menus.
• Analog Stick - Move characters/navigate menus.
• C-Stick - Move the camera.
• Start - Pause the game and bring up the pause menu.

• A - Action button (context sensitive).
• B - Cancel/hold down to run.
• Y - Open inventory/menu.
• X - Give commands to Ashley (context sensitive).
• Z - Open map.
• L - Pull out knife (while holding L, press A to use it).
• R - Equip weapon (while holding R, press A to use it).
