Requirements for Entering Mitro City[edit]
To enter Mitro City, you must first complete 3 quests in Oros that require you to be level 71 and be driving a V9 car.
Once you meet the requirements, drive to the No.9 Driver Lounge in Oros City. Quest chain starts there.
