The Cleric is the main healer/buffer of Rappelz. They have powerful healing spells as well as strong player buffs. They also have several attack and debuff spells. Their healer spells consist of: Minor Healing, Healing, Restoration, Resurrection and Rapid Healing. Their attack skills can do a lot of damage, as they are not completely vulnerable. The Cleric is one of the most important classes when it comes to a dungeon party, as their buffs are designed as group buffs (Can buff other players with them) and their healing skills aren't self usable. They are fairly good all-round, but they need a skilled user who understands the skills.

Rogue

Tier 1 class
The Rogue is the starting class for Gaia. The basic skills Smite and Mental Concentration are learned by this class.

Fighter

Tier 2 class
The Fighter is the warrior class of the Gaia. Fighters focus on damage skills with two-handed axes, dual-wielded axes, or longbows.

Champion

Tier 3 class, links from Fighter
The Champion excels in Hand to hand and melee combat, Focusing mainly on large 2 Handed axes or dual axes. Compared with a Fighter, Champions have increased HP, and slightly increased MP, as well as no Archery Skills, and instead, higher damage dealing axe based attack skills. The Champion is seldom a match, however, for Mages, but will easily defeat Melee or Archery based monsters of a higher level. When it comes to Dungeon Parties, Champions are preference, because of their high defence bonuses and healing skills, as well as their ability to self increase their vitality skill. To get the best out of Socketing, suggested stones are those of your level at least, which are of: Strength, and Vitality or Health. These are highly recommended as the stones you should use, as Dexterity is for Archers, Intelligence is for Summoners, Agility is for Asuran Magicians, and Wisdom is also for Magicians. Pets that best combine with Champions are: Skeletons for Champions using a 2 Handed Axe, Hawks, for those using dual Axes, Kentauros, for either, or a Blue or Red Pixie, for the Buffs, Attack Skills, Healing Skills, and the Debuffs they can provide. Intel and Wis rare type stones are useful for champions if they enjoy spamming skills. The best kind of weapon build for a champion would probably be dual axes as a pose to a two handed axe, because they provide more total P. Atk and are quicker than a two handed axe.

Archer

Tier 3 class, links from Fighter
The Archer is the continuation of the longbow fighter path. They focus on various bow damage skills as well as trapping skills. They also have the unique ability to detect hidden enemies (assassins are currently the only character in the game that can hide).

Kahuna

Tier 2 class
The Kahuna is a melee/caster hybrid class. Their magical attack spells are mostly focused on status effects and often have long re-use times. Their melee damage ability is greater than that of other magicians. They possess a heal-over-time spell as well as several buffs; however, the heal and buff skills are not as powerful as their Cleric counterparts, but are stackable (buffs from Kahunas and Clerics are able to be in effect simultaneously).

Battle Kahuna

Tier 3 class, links from Kahuna
The Battle Kahuna furthers the Kahuna's melee and damage abilities. They have additional attack skills as well as higher levels of passive attack skills (their base damage is higher).

Druid

Tier 3 class, links from Kahuna
The Druid focuses on the support aspect of the Kahuna class. They have more spells for disabling opponents as well as greater healing ability. This caster uses a Over time heal and has defence, attack, and run speed buffs. Also features silence skills, such as explosion of petrifaction, shackle of the ground and dark water seal. Druids can resurrect fallen allies without a scroll

Spell-Singer

Tier 2 class
The Spell Singer is the Gaia pet class. The Spell Singer focuses on increasing the abilities of both the pet and the player, with the summoner itself becoming considerably formidable at melee upon learning to dual wield one-handed axes. It is the only class in the game which lacks a self healing ability but it can heal its pet.

Evoker

Tier 3 class, links from Spell-Singer
The Evoker furthers the Spell Singer's abilities.
