My first recommendation for this level is JUMP, JUMP, and JUMP some more. umping gives you full control of your character while in the air, and you dont keep skidding, so it helps a LOT to dodge spikes and other crap.

Also let me recommend you to try the puzzles yourself. I had quite some fun with them and it feels quite nice solving them yourself. But if you get stuck or if you just dont like this kind of puzzls, then just keep on reading!


In the second room you will find a division where you can go 3 ways. I would recommend you going left, right, and then center (As only the center path opens after you step on all the switches).

Also let me recommend you to try the puzzles yourself. I had quite some fun with them and it feels quite nice solving them yourself. But if you get stuck or if you just dont like this kind of puzzls, then just keep on reading!

A bit later you will find another crossroads, go to the left and in to the first/only door you find, where you will find a very simple puzzle where you have to step on the right arrows to get to the end.

Solution to room with arrows:

Left, jump down, left, up, up, right, down,up, right, jump up and use the pillar to step on the right switch and then step on the left one

The next room is a bit tricky, but I found 2 ways of getting trough it. The first one is getting the platform down first and then using one pillar to jump instead of the platform. It works but the jump is quite difficult, so I will explain the other option

Solution to first room of pillars

  • Push the right pillar to the LEFT
  • Push that same pillar(the right one) UP
  • Push the center pillar DOWN and then RIGHT and then DOWN
  • Push the left pillar to the RIGHT

Jump your way from the top left of the screen, to the right, then down, then left

The next room is relatively easy, its just a quick jumping from one pillar to the other. Nothing much to explain here. If you take too long to step on a switch it disappears and you have to start all over again. You cannot take the chest here so dont bother trying.

Room with pillars, moving spikes and arrows

Ignore the door in this room as right now we dont have enough keys to get trough some doors after this one. This one is simple but it changes the rules so it took me a while to figure it out. Just go to the left and use the pillar to get trough. Activate the switch and a platform will show.

Now the arrows in here are different than the ones we know, you can move and jump while standing on them, so you can run up the arrows, dodging the spike balls and go to the center to get to the platform, from which you can then jump down and get the chest from the previous room.

After this go back outside and now go to the right and up.

Rock room

This one is quite simple too, there are some switches, wherever the switches point, the rock will roll. So you just have to get the rock upstairs by flipping the switches and the rock will open your way.

Step on 3 brown switches and you will raise some pillars which will give you access to the platform to jump to the chest and get a Gilded Falcon as well as to go further up and activate another switch which opens another door outside

Go out again and walk all the way down and to the right to find the door you just opened

Solution for second pillar puzzle

  • Push the left most pillar up
  • Push the top right pillar left and up
  • push the last pillar up
  • Walk up and activate the last switch

Third pillar puzzle

Kill those annoying teleporters first. From here you can jump a couple of times on the broken coffin in the middle and get down to get an additional life container Get back up and move the pillars clockwise starting from the bottom pillar until you get to the top right one. Leave those untouched and push the bottom one up, and then that same one to the right and then down. And the last one push it up

Fourth pillar puzzle

Now this one has 2 ways to complete it, one is the "Legal" way (the way the programmers intended you to do it) And other one is the not so legal way. The upper left corner is supposed to lock the pillars in there if they get there, but you can push them off to the right or down if you walk diagonally against them. I found 7 different patterns to solve this puzzle using this little cheat. Here are 2 pictures of a couple of the results.

You can actually get all the pilars piled up in the centre with this cheat But since I'm too lazy to explain them all I will just explain the "Legal" way and let you figure out ways to abuse the corner cheat.

This will create a platform from which you can get the second key.

Last key

Now get all the way back down to the outside and go to the center door which will now be open (I'm not sure if it opens before this) This room is rather simple, just jump down to the chest and get the last key, to go up just hug the wall and dodge the spikey things. Go to the saving station outside the door to heal yourself and climb either of the 2 towers you already visited to get up to the external bridge where now you can use your 3 keys to get trough.(At this point tell me if you are not hopping like a bunny all over this dream to get around faster :P) I found the right tower to be the least annoying to climb back up.

The next room is simple too, just taunt the chain balls to come down before moving forward. now get ready for a boss fight

Boss

Ok here I thought "OMFG! If I let that fat monster suck him in he will die for good! And If I can keep him out of it he might survive!" That would have been awesome, sadly its not the case. If he sucks him in 0 or 930480284028908 times it doesnt changes the story, you just receive damage when he is sucked in.

The boss is not that difficult, you can attack him with bombs, sword or the flail, just be sure to first run away from the sucking which seems to slow the sucking down even if you stop running.

The next fight is with werewwolf Kline, not too difficult to dodge nor to attack, you can just spamhithim and he does nothing to fight back.

And....Was I the only surprised one that no one bitched about me killing him? o.o I was like "Oh shit...they are come with that "you are the devil!" bullshit again...but luckily they didnt :P
