Bots
Check out WP:WP:AWB. It's a fairly easy to use/set up bot. I mainly use its find/replace features so you'll need to learn a bit out that stuff (and be very careful with it ;)). -- Prod (Talk) 00:52, 26 September 2007 (CDT)
- What exactly does that have to do with bots? Lunar Knight (Talk to me + Contribs) 17:55, 26 September 2007 (CDT)
- What do you want your bot to do? If it's things like automatically moving a bunch of pages from one category to another, it's a matter of finding the category text and replacing it with the new category. Similarly, spell checks/formatting checks all require find/replacements. -- Prod (Talk) 19:39, 26 September 2007 (CDT)
