Testing
No, I was testing PHP's safe mode (which makes the PHP installation supposedly more secure.) It works with StrategyWiki, but not ABXY.--Dan 21:50, 27 January 2007 (CST)

Wikipedia link
I don't think we need to add a wikipedia link to all the pages. Only pages with minimal (stub) info. We're trying to break away from wikipedia, and use it as a resource, not as a crutch. My opinion is that wp links should go either in external links, or nowhere at all. This isn't really policy, but a suggestion. -- 09:06, 8 February 2007 (CST)

1080° Avalanche
As a suggestion, you might want to split it up so that there is one page per level, and have all the strategies for the level on the page. It seems that the walkthrough pages for each mode might get rather long this way. -- Prod (Talk) 14:22, 17 February 2007 (CST)
- Yeah I understand, that's a better plan than what I have now, although it does lead to spoilers... And plus, with the ToC at the top length doesn't matter because you're going to look up the course anyways, not just like follow steps (like in Time Trial you can just choose your course). MapleStory Features
As you may have noticed, we're still working on this quite a bit. I figured it was better to be doing all these changes on my userpage. For some of the entries, yeah they have a lot of overlap, and we actually did remove a number of areas from the chart. Some of them, that had notability before combining them, lose their notability. i can't decide if it should stay to illustrate the fact that there is a dungeon, or it should be removed since they're together. They weren't implemented together either, so that contributed to their notability. I'll bring it up with Prod when he gets back. Thanks for the opinion. IsaacGS 21:12, 20 March 2007 (CDT)
- Actually we have noted every town... We recently copied these from wikipedia so they needed some cleanup. by putting the Icons there, it allowed for some merging and also needed some splitting. I combined Aqua and Amoria as you suggested. The dungeons are mentioned on the towns respective pages, so i think that's enough. IsaacGS 21:23, 20 March 2007 (CDT)

Comm Issues Revert
Hi Notmyhandle. I reverted the edits because I ended up speaking directly to Echelon about it, and while he's very interested in pursuing the project, it opened up a logistical can of worms that need to be figured out. He does not want to divide SW's focus at this time, and suggested opening a second wiki site for the purpose of documenting video game history, but issues were raised about how to share information between the two wikis and keep redundancy to a minimum, and it became a much bigger problem than we had anticipated. So the idea has been shelved until SW gets a little bigger, and it won't hurt SW as much if time was taken away from it for another focus. Procyon 10:11, 9 April 2007 (CDT)
Diablo 2
I was thinking that the stuff that comes standard in D2 under the regular d2 guide, and the final act V under LoD, since it isn't really part of the original game. - Hmm...I had though you moved /Act V from LoD to D2 (stupid roman numerals >.<). All the same, I would suggest rearranging both tocs so that the d2 toc could just be transcluded to the LoD toc. Spiderman on Cleanup
Hi, I've done a major rewrite of this and am almost done, there is one thing though, do you know what console this is played on, I think it's the DS but I'm not sure.
