Working the Bag
Bronze Medal | 15 pts |
Silver Medal | 27 pts |
Gold Medal | 35 pts |
Platinum Medal | 40 pts |
Punching bags appear in front of your face and your jobs is to hit them enough so that they become weak enough to punch them off their chains. A punching bag is colored differently to show how hard it is to knock them off which brown being the weakest. A pie meter appears whenever you hit a punching bag. This deplets as the bag gets weaker. You must use both the Wii Remote and the Nunchuck in this practice.
Getting a good rythem is the way to make up combos. The more you hit the bag without missing, the more powerful your punches will be. The easiest is to jab with the right hand and then jab with the left hand, then repeat the process. The longer you can keep the rythem, the more bags you can knock off and the higher your score!
Dodging
Bronze Medal | 50 pts |
Silver Medal | 70 pts |
Gold Medal | 80 pts |
Platinum Medal | 85 pts |
In this strange level, the trainer will throw tennis balls at you and you must dodge them by leaning yourself and the controlers left and right. The more you dodge, the higher your score. However, if a tennis ball whacks you in the head, you lose a point! Also note that the trainer can throw two balls at once and can speed up or slow down at any time. You will need the Nunchuck as well as luck on this level.
There are many ways to complete this level. Some players lean in a direction until a ball comes at them. Then they can just simply dodge and go back in the direction they were leaning in. Other players like to stand still until they need to move. Most of the time, it is just really common luck. You may get lucky and he might just throw three, four, or even five rounds in one direction. A good way to get a high score is to just simply play it over and over again and with tons of practice.
Throwing Punches
Bronze Medal | 30 pts |
Silver Medal | 50 pts |
Gold Medal | 60 pts |
Platinum Medal | 75 pts |
You must hit the trainers mits in the next level. Hit the mit when they appear with the correct arm and score points. You will lose points if you sock your trainer in the face! Sometimes, he will raise up both mits at the same time and you must hit both of them before you can continue. Again, you must use both the Wii Remote & the Nunchuck to participate.
It is better to go slow and focus on the mits rather than just throwing punches everywhere. You score more points hitting the mits but you also lose points if you hit your trainer. The punches that do hit the trainer can be easily avoided if you just slow down and take your time. But don't be too slow or time will run out!
