Kenji wants you to see off a rival gang. You need to pick up a Yardie car to crash a meeting between them and the Yardies.
[edit] Walkthrough
You can probably get the Yardie car before starting this mission (have not tried myself). Otherwise, head into Yardie territory to carjack a Yardie Lobo. Once you have it, head up to the hospital. You can take out the Colombians fairly easily using the machine gun and then grenades.
