MapleStory

Yea, uploading a new version is the only way to rename files for the moment (which is why the Category:Pages needing renaming is mainly images :P). When you say official names what do you mean? IIRC it's usually just called Icon within the files (which are also just numbers). Unless you're talking about the name of the map in which they're used. Or are you just talking about the new files? (ie Murueng or whatever it was). For the newer ones which haven't been released in GMS or MSEA, I would suggest waiting to see what they actually call them. Amoria

I think that it should be located under Victoria Island, as story-wise it is specifically said to be there. It can only be accessed from Henesys because that's where it's near. The other original areas, specifically Peach Blossom Island, don't have specific locations. I felt it fit better in the Vic section than in the Original section. I debated it a lot before i put it there as well. Also, Nexon has told us that Amoria is not Global's equivalent of the other "exclusive" areas, so that contributed to my decision. for now, i've reverted it back to Vic, but we can change it when we reach a consensus on this. Well, they are really bad about leaving worthless npcs lying around so who knows. i can't think of any reasons for a temporary removal. The most bizarre thing is that the Coke Town data is in almost every other versions' files, translated and everything. One of the things i heard was that their contract with Coke was up. The only reason i can think of as to why they wouldn't have the dungeon (I noticed they didn't have Sakura Cellions, or at least i couldn't find them) is because it's gonna be expanded soon and they'll implement it when it's complete. Bosses

I noticed that you renamed the goblins from "Three Colored King Goblins" to "Korean Folk Town Bosses". Should we also change "Mushmoms" and "balrogs" to each one? Make a Henesys Boss section and Sleepywood Boss section? But where would Crimson Balrog go? Ellinia? If you think of Crimson Balrog as an Ellinia boss, that makes it so that every town in Victoria has a boss. I'll go ahead and change the Sleepywood and Henesys ones.--IsaacGS 12:23, 20 August 2007 (CDT)

In theory it would be possible, but in reality the bosses in MS are limited to one location. Most of the time, they only spawn on one map. The only exception to the rule is Chief Gray. It spawns in two different maps. Still, it's in the same town and that's how they're being sorted right now. Almost every town has a boss just for it.--IsaacGS 23:08, 20 August 2007 (CDT)

Kaede Castle

I took the EXP values from the data. The 1.25x EXP boost in JMS is server sided, so the values *should* be correct at 100%. I'll check it again, but the problem with the Showa monsters was that they weren't added from the data, they were here from the time this was moved from Wikibooks.
