This is not a cheat but say a hint, if you are having trouble with charge command moves, you can perform them more easily by using quarter circle forward or quarter circle back plus a hard punch AND kick at the same time and you should get a super-combo from the charge character, if this does not work, try again but roll multiple times back and forward on the d-pad with the appropriate motion rather then rolling it once.
