Where you obtain this item from green-headed boy, teach it to one Pokemom(your choise should be well thought, because this is strong and useful attack in this part of game). Now, go through Azalea Town and stand in front of entry to Slowpoke Well. Go right and up. Stand face-up to the first from the right tree and headbutt it. | |||
