The aim is to catch fish to earn points. Avoid catching Small Fries as they reduce your score by 50 points.
In '''Fishing''', you are a hand controlling a fishing rod. The objective of the game is to catch as many fish as possible in a given amount of time. Each fish is worth a certain amount of points, and at the end of a certain amount of time, the values of your fish are added up and you receive a total score for all of your fish. Larger fish are worth more points.

Keep an eye on the fish in the bonus box at the top of the screen. Every time you catch a fish that is currently in the bonus box, the points that you get for that fish are doubled. Any fish can appear in the bonus box except Small Fry (the brown and white fish) because they subtract 50 from your score if you catch them. Notice that when the Small Fry nibbles, it doesn't say "Yank It" like it usually does with any other fish.

==Fish list==

The number of points that a fish is worth depends on its "species".
