This mission can be accomplished single-handedly by the two wolverines (once the initial attack is dealt with), without any losses, even in brutal mode. Deal with the car-bomb attack as described above, or set the flame tanks in formation and have them attack-move forward, and gradually move forward to deal with the technicals attempting to storm your base and run over your infantry.
This mission can be entirely accomplished by the two Overlords (once the initial attack is dealt with). Deal with the car-bomb attack as described above, or set the flame tanks in formation and have them attack-move forward, gradually advancing to deal with threats.  In brutal mode, beware of suicide-bombers.

Send an infantry to locate the wolverines; upgrade one with the propaganda tower and the other with Gatling guns. Send them up immediately to the stinger site; they will be upgraded by the time they get there. Once the wolverines are fully engaged, the flame tanks can assist with dispatching the nest in short order.

Send the wolverines across the bridge and up the road, one at a time, having them skirt ''behind'' the building just past the bridge. This will avoid triggering the air-strike cut-scene. Have them continue north-west up the road a bit and through a pass in the hills and up behind the toxin facility.

The toxin facility can be destroyed immediately, but it is more interesting to have the wolverines automatically take out the entire site with a single order. While still on the hillside behind the toxin facility, set the wolverines in formation with the Gatling tank in front and the propaganda tank flanking to one side and slightly behind.  Have them attack-move to a point a bit forward of the facility.  They will encounter resistance, and deal with it promptly, and without additional orders, will continue eliminating threats, even those otherwise dealt with by the air-strike. They will then return uphill to the location that you originally sent them, awaiting your order to destroy the facility. Do so, and the mission is accomplished single-handedly by the wolverines, and without a single loss.
