A computer controlled player stands opposite you hitting balls at you. They can at you at various angles and speeds, some close the net, some to the baseline. Simply return as many balls as possible (a return only counts if it lands 'in' on the opposite side of the net).
A computer controled person is on the other side of the net, serving and tossing tennis balls at you. You job is to hit the ball so that it goes over the net and hits ''inside'' the tennis court. Failure to get the ball over the net or the ball bounces out of bounds before hitting the tennis court results in quitting the mini-game.

The way to do well in this event is to make sure all of your shots go as straight as possible and steer well clear of going 'out'. Once you hit your shot, don't concentrate on where it ends up, just be ready for the next ball. Be aware that the balls speed up as you near the end of the event.
Do not worry about where you are at. The person moves towards everyball served so focus on the ball than on you. Also, do not focus on the ball and where they end up. Hit the ball at the right time to make the ball go straight. After every ten serves, you move closer to the net, which means you must be quick to hit the balls that go over the net. Once you've hit five balls up close, then you go back and hit five more at a regular distance. The pattern repeats itself every 20 serves. As you get to the harder parts of the game, the server speeds up and tosses more at you than ever before; one miss and you must start over.
