Mobilize your Charlie and take the factory to the North. Leave bigger, slower units behind to pick off enemy units. Take strategic advantage of your trigger to increase defensive maneuvers.  Even if you capture the rest of the board, the choke point to the enemy prison could lose you the game.
This level is a fun tank battle! Form a vertical defensive line anchored on the Trigger as quickly as possible to minimize losses and set up some nice flanking maneuvers. Your Charlie can walk behind the line and take the factory in the Northwest.
 
There's no chance to get any of the neutral factories in the East. Just wait for the enemy to throw himself against your line and stay out of range of the Atlases. You'll need to mobilize a coordinated attack at the end.  Use Charlies in the mountains to distract his Atlases and get behind his Triggers as quickly as possible to destroy them via the surround effect. Once his defenses start to crumble they crumble fast.
