:Well, it looks like you intend to put a random quote from every admin, but this would make people's welcome message rather large. I thought the idea was to append a single quote. Now that I see it in action, I think it's a cool idea but doesn't really serve a purpose, especially if the unprofessional quotes we've chosen are indicative of what might show up on someone's welcome message. The administrators page is linked in the welcome message, though I'm not sure how often users look at it.
