::Thanks for your quick reply!  I've used the format "Novice - Level 1" which seems optimal to me;  hopefully that's OK.  This also simplifies the footer problems I was having, which were I think a direct consequence of the sub-sub-page issue.  Unfortunately the individual tower levels don't have names, or at least none are mentioned in-game or in the manual.  I'm also hoping to find out if there are any "official" names for the monsters and magic items (other than their general class);  again, there are none in the manual, but there may be internal company docs, recollections from the programmers, or some prior strategy guide to use as a naming template (though I've never seen one for this game).
