Piccolo, sometimes referred to as Piccolo Jr., is the final son of Piccolo Daimao, a major antagonist of Dragon Ball. He was also the final antagonist of Dragon Ball, born to avenge the death of his father at the hands of Goku. Although he was defeated by Goku, Goku gave him mercy in the form of a Senzu Bean, and Piccolo would appear as a founding member of the Z Fighters in Dragon Ball Z alongside Goku. He also trained the son of Goku, Gohan, forming a special bond between the two.
