The level ends with a fight against a giant Leeper. The Leeper will run around quickly in a sort of spiral pattern. Once it's done, it will briefly fall asleep in the center of the room and repeat the same pattern each time. It is invincible when sleeping. Touching it is fatal. Just try to unload shots whenever you can. Try to familiarize yourself with the pattern too. It's not too tough due to the pattern.
