These guys really BUST tanks. Even Apocalypse is busted when these busters are in the showtime. Quite cool, eh? However, their weak point is aircraft. They cannot reach the aircraft and they are bad against infantry. Their special ability is rarely useful.
Unlike Javelins and Flak Troopers these troopers cannot attack aircraft and are not effective against infantry so support them with Jet Tengus or the Uprising Exclusive Archer Maiden.

Yuriko is almost unfair. She can take down aircraft unlike Tanya or Natasha and in one shot. 5 Kirovs coming - down, down, down, down, down and you have star-ranked Yuriko. She also takes good care of enemy structures blowing them up with her mind. Yuriko, however, is very weak against swarms. Her Psychic Stream doesn't deal damage to metal and it could have better range. Natasha also is quite deadly against Yuriko because of its superior range.
Her Psychic Scream does not harm metal things like tanks and she is not effective fighting against 5 Riptide ACVs. She is vulnerable to Tesla coils and she does not kill things in one hit unlike Natasha. If she falls in battle the Advisor will not warn about her death so take good care of your Psionic Commando.
