Crash Cove

Crash Cove is a racetrack featured on Crash Team Racing and it is one of the first availiable to race on in Adventure Mode,along with Roo's Tubes. They are both located in N. Sanity Beach. Crash Cove is styled in a very similar manner. It is Crash Bandicoot's home racetrack and is in the Red Gem Cup (alongside Mystery Caves, Papu's Pyramid and Blizzard Bluff) and the Wumpa Cup.

Being one of the first tracks on the game, Crash Cove is very easy to win. The track essentially introduces the elements that are frequent in races: Crates lined up in rows of four, Environmental Hazards, Shortcuts etc.

This is one the easiest tracks to win, there is a shortcut in this track;

Near the beginning of the track is a ramp with two fruit boxes at the end of it, just before a small lake. Stay to the right of the ramp and begin turning left toward the mountain once you pass the ramp. You will be driving through the lake. You will have to practice this, but it dips right before you would run into the mountain. As your head goes completely underwater, hold Jump. You will jump onto the shortcut and can pick up a box before jumping back down and rejoining the race near the bridge. You can begin your turn when you pass the single star on the ground just to the right of the ramp. You will be jumping onto the land that is connected to the bridge that you drive under which leads out to that boat to your right.

Roo's Tubes

Like Crash Cove, being one of the first tracks on the game, Roo's Tubes is very easy to win. The track essentially introduces the elements that are frequent in races: Crates lined up in rows of four, Envrionmental Hazards, etc. It is a basic figure-of-eight shape made of long, blue tunnels and large, rocky caverns,there also pictures of Ripper Roo on the walls of the caverns. At the end is a huge skeleton which racers must drive through to finish. The whole track appears to be underwater.

Tiger Temple

Tiger Temple is the 6th track in Crash Team Racing and is Pura's home racetrack. It is a small bumpy track based on the ruin levels of Crash 2 with flame throwing stone idol heads as obstacles. It is in the Wumpa Cup and the Blue Gem Cup alongside Sewer Speedway, Dragon Mines and N. Gin Labs. About halfway through the Tiger Temple track (marked on your map) is large stone face in a wall on the left. Shoot any weapon other than a TNT/Nitro Crate or turbos at the mouth of the face, or have an Aku-Aku/Uka-Uka. The mouth will open and you can drive straight through the shortcut. You can also do this if you have a Shield. If a TNT/Nitro is placed on the mouth when open, it will stay open until destroyed. In Relic Race, it is stuck open for convenience. Some fans mistake this track as being Tiny Tiger's home track due to the track's misleading name. They are confusing this with Tiny Arena, which is Tiny's actual home track.
