Blue Catalysts[edit]
These are the defense-type catalysts found in Darkspore.
Green Catalysts[edit]
These are the utility-type catalysts found in Darkspore.
Purple Catalysts[edit]
These are the general-type catalysts found in Darkspore.
Prismatic Catalysts[edit]
These are rarified versions of the above catalyst types capable of forming chains with two of any other color of catalysts. Prismatic catalysts can be thought as the "wild" catalyst color.
