==Start==
Go right and pick up the Thunder Gas you will find. You will also find a diamond, immediately after. In the meantime, you will encounter some enemies, try to kill them quickly, before they can attack you. To continue, you will have to hold on to a lever, in order to lower an iron beam from above. Continue to the right and hold on to the hook to reach a suspended platform, on which you will find another diamond. Pull another lever to bring down an iron beam and continue. Cling to the hooks at the top and continue jumping from one hook to the other, to the right. You will come to a small platform, above which is a Darkwing Doll. Grab it and continue, being careful not to fall into the gaps. You will now have to overcome a climbing part. Climb higher and higher, holding on to the platforms and being careful not to fall. There is also a diamond on one platform. Try to take out the bats without getting close before they can attack you.
Run to the right and grab the Thunder Gas. Drop down into the pit, ignoring the pistol duck guy above, and grab the Gem. Jump onto the lever to drop a small I-beam and then jump on it. Kill the pistol duck guy just above, and then continue right.


Jump onto the hook, kill the pistol duck guy from there, then jump onto the platform and grab the Gem. Fall off the right side and grab hold of the lever. Use the I-beam to cross the gap, then jump onto the hook on the left.  Head right, leaping from hook to hook.  Remember that you can easily position yourself by jump straight up, then adjusting slightly so that you are closer to the next hook (it helps minimize the distance you have to leap). Once you reach the extra life, wait for the turtle racer to speed off to the left then drop down.
Once at the top, continue to the right. You will have to overcome a long stretch suspended in the void, jumping from one hook to another. Towards the end you will be attacked by two bats. If you can't take them out with your weapons, just avoid them. It is important not to end up against them, risking to fall. At the end of this stretch, try to take the narrow lower passage. Just jump against the wall and press Right on the Control Pad. You will find a gold bar. Continue and grab the pulley at the end of the path to go back upstairs. Now you will have to overcome another area without floor, jumping from one pulley to the other. It is important to jump at the right time, before falling. When the third pulley is about to fall, jump to the right to avoid the spikes. To continue, you will have to drop two more iron beams, as described above. Then go down into the gap on the right and follow the path.


Hop over the two small gaps onto the first platform on brick background.  Continue up, grab the Gem, kill the first bat by jumping straight up, then kill the second by holding onto the bottom of the beam the first bat hung on and just jump up and fire in mid-air. While standing on the platform below the big one with the pistol duck guy, hop up and shoot at him until he's dead.
By holding on to a hook, you can catch a Heavy Gas on a ledge in the upper left. Continuing on, you will encounter some though enemies with a green cloaks. Their cloak is resistant to your attacks and you can only attack them while they shoot you. But you too can parry their bullets with your cloak. So dodge their attacks and shoot them quickly, before they can protect themselves again. Climb over the precipice by holding on to the hooks and you will come to an area with many suspended platforms. You can reach them easily by holding on. You will find two more gold bars. You will find other enemies with green cloaks, take them out as described above. There are also some slugs on the floor, but these shouldn't bother you. On the last platform you will find a large first aid kit. Grab it and go right to meet the boss.


Continue left across the big platform, jump onto the small one above, take out the bat and jump on the platform it was hanging from.  Perform a small hop (tap {{nes|A}}) and take out the next bat.  Continue up to the left and onto the small section of a big platform (avoid hitting the bat of course).  Perform a small hop and fire on the way up to get rid of the bat.  Jump on the pulley wheel it was hanging from, then continue right and take out the pistol duck guy.
==BOSS FIGHT - QUACKERJACK==

Jump across the hooks, on the 6th one (where you fall a long distance) wait for the bat to fly over head.  On the 9th, hop up and either immediately hop back down or kill the bat right in front of you (going back is much safer). 
The screen is divided horizontally into three levels. You can easily switch from one to the other by jumping or dropping. QuackerJack just walks back and forth, but if you get to the same level he is, he will quickly move up or down to escape your attacks. The main danger, however, is a small guy at the top of the screen, in an area you can't reach. This guy will try to match your horizontal location and drop some banana peels trying to hit you. You will then have to keep moving to dodge them. The basic strategy for defeating QuackerJack is to quickly get to the level he is in and shoot him before he can change positions. If you are quick, you will certainly be able to land at least one hit. If you have the Thunder Gas, things will be simpler. This weapon allows you to hit the boss even without being at the same level as him. Heavy Gas can also be useful to you: you can hang on to a platform and throw it to hit QuackerJack if he is below you. However, always keep an eye on the guy who drops the banana peels and move immediately if he approaches. Do not rush too much to attack the boss, coordinate the movements well and act with timing. Eventually you will defeat him.
 
==Half Way==
 
At the end you have a choice to either continue right and take out two Turtle Racers or fall down into the gap in the wall to get a set of gold bars and face an easy to kill bat and a Turtle Racer. It's either ease (top) or points (bottom).  To get inside the gap simple fall against the wall and hold {{nes|Right|Dpad}}.
 
At the end of either the top or bottom paths, you have to grab onto an autonomous zip line bar.  It will take you to the right side, just disembark onto the platform. These next three are a little dangerous because the line is open. When they reach the other side, they will fall off.  Simply time your jump so that the  zip line bar that you're on matches up with the one you want to grab onto - you shouldn't have to hold a direction on the D-pad.  The final line is also open so jump to the right onto the ground (or onto the lever). Hit the lever, and the next, then (without jumping) walk off into the pit on the right.
 
Zig zag around the empty room you fall into with the two crates.  As you come out on the right side, you'll see the Heavy Gas power up above and a green caped knife throwing guy who is in your way.  Climb up on the first step, wait for him to throw, then jump up and fire after the knife has gone over head.  Repeat until he dies.  Climb up and grab the Heavy Gas.
 
Continue right across the large platform, take out or jump over the green caped knife throwing guy and then hop down, duck and kill the slug. Climb up and get the gold bars while avoiding the knives being thrown at you.  Climb down to the right, avoid the slug, jump over the crate, kill the slug between the two crates, take out the knife throwing guy and then get the health before heading in the wall to fight Quacker Jack.

Hopefully you have the Heavy Gas ready with at least 16 ammo (8 shots) otherwise this battle is a little difficult.
 
When you enter the room, you'll notice Quacker Jack at the bottom of the screen and a little guy at the top (an alive version of Mr. Banana Brain).  The two will begin to move, signaling the start of the fight.
 
The two guys act completely different.  Mr. Banana Brain will try and match your horizontal location and then drop banana peels in an attempt to hit you. Quacker Jack, however, just runs around trying to avoid you (he will run into you though if you let him). If you do nothing, Quacker Jack will run back and forth indefinitely. When attempting to fight him, Quacker Jack will try and jump to another level if you get down on his. If you shoot him, he'll stop in place and then jump to another level.
 
===Heavy Gas Strategy===
Simply avoid the bananas, drop down on the lowest platform and hang.  Drop a Heavy Gas on the ground, jump up, dodge Mr. Banana Brain and repeat.  It only takes 8 shots with Heavy Gas to kill Quacker Jack.
 
===Normal Weapon Strategy===
There's no real procedure for doing this, since there is some randomization and such, but just keep the following in mind as you attempt to defeat Quacker Jack:
*Always stay as far away from Mr. Banana Brain as possible.
*When going up a level you can chase Quacker Jack so that you hit him immediately after he lands.
*When going down a level to attack Quacker Jack, make sure he is a safe distance away so that you give yourself time to drop down twice.
