Template:Series disambig Fireman Sam (original Welsh title: Sam Tân) is an action game developed by Bizarre Developments for Alternative Software and released upon the Sinclair ZX Spectrum, Amstrad CPC and Commodore 64 in 1991; it is based on the Welsh children's television series of the same name by Bumper Films and S4C, but much like the second game of S4C's earlier mascot, SuperTed, was never released on the Commodore Amiga.

Story

This is from the back of the cassette's inlay card, the front of which is shown in the image to the right:

You help Fireman Sam, everyone's favourite fireman, as he stars in
this highly entertaining game, featuring a host of delightful
characters from Pontypandy, a small town somewhere in the hills and
valleys of Wales.
Join the crew on Jupiter the fire engine, and drive around Pontypandy
answering distress calls.
You will have a limited time to complete each task and to return to
the fire station, or Station Officer Steele will give you a warning.
Three warnings and it's game over for you and Fireman Sam, and you
will have to start again.
