Harvest Moon: The Lost Valley (typeset as Harvest Moon 3D: The Lost Valley) is the first Harvest Moon game that isn't a localization of Marvelous AQL's Harvest Moon series. This game was developed by Natsume Company Ltd. and published by Natsume Inc. The game was first announced during E3 2014 by Natsume.

The key gameplay feature added to this game is the ability for players to modify their surrounding world in a sandbox. They can create hills and valleys, divert rivers, lay bridges, etc. Some liken this to the gameplay in Minecraft.
