To reach Zakum's Altar you can simply go to Chief's Residence and talk to your 3rd job instructor NPC to teleport to the Door of Zakum. Talk to Adobis to obtain Eye of Fire. You need an Eye of Fire to go through the door as well as to summon Zakum.
