Port Royale 2/Your Own Town

When you get to the rank of Boatswain, you can capture an enemy town if you destroy enough military convoys to make the nation weak, if the nation you are in is strong then go to the viceroy of your nation: Either in Port Royale (Spain) Grand Bahama (Dutch) Biloxi (France) or Guadeloupe (England). They will task you to capture a town if you are friendly with that nation and have a Letter of Marque. Attack the town and annex it, after capturing 2 towns you will get your own town. As you attack more towns, you will eventually get all the land. In your town you can build 2 Essential Goods buildings, 2 Finished Goods buildings and 1 Colonial Goods building. You will probably want to concentrate on making the Essential goods until you have a trade route, then add in Essential goods and try to make a few Colonial goods (Set the warehouse on the governors town to get all goods of the type you need. You need to make an Inn to have the residents go over 500 and a church for them to go over 2000 so be careful.
