Special Techniques

  • Rolling: Double-tap either Strafe button to perform a roll. This moves your character quickly to either side.
  • Double-Jumping: Jump, then press the Jump button again to perform a second jump in midair.
  • Sword Attack: Press the Fire button when an enemy or projectile is near to swing your sword. You can use this to deflect enemy projectiles.
  • Switching Cursors: Press the Switch cursors button to toggle between the Manual cursor (red) and the Lock-on cursor (purple). The Manual cursor must be aimed manually with Neutral control. The Lock-on cursor, once it's placed over an enemy, will lock on to that enemy and follow its movements automatically as long as you don't touch Neutral control. However, when using the Lock-on cursor, your shots are weaker.
