On a ship as large as the Delphinus, you'll need a crew to man it. There are several jobs for the crew to take, and you can have two crewmembers for each role. Only one will be "active" however, and different members will have different effects on your ship's performance.

As you build up your crew you'll be able to use their abilities in battle to boost your attributes, or increase certain ship parameters as long as they're active.

In addition to the benefits to the Delphinus, as you gather more crewmembers, your "Blue Rogues" Captain Move will be more effective at both attacking and replenishing your party.

	Lawrence	Helmsman	Sailor's Island - Standing next to the Sailor's Guild. Pay him 10,000 gold to join you.	Increases your ship's Quick by 30 points.
	Don	Helmsman	Esperanza - Speak to him in the Tavern after sailing around the world.	Increases your ship's Dodge% by 15 points.
	Brabham	Engineer	Crescent Isle - In the hangar, once your base is complete.	Increases your ship's defence by 20 points
	Hans	Engineer	Horteka - On Centime's ship. Speak to him after returning from Yafutoma.	Increases your ship's Magic Defence by 20 points.
	Khazim	Engineer	Nasrad - On the walls after the Valuan attack.	Increases the damage done by your main cannons.
	Belle	Gunner	Crescent Isle - Next to the hangar save point once your base is complete.	Increases the damage done by your secondary cannons.
	Tikatika	Lookout	Horteka - At the top of the ladder next to the Elder's hut. You must have found the Ixa'ness Village.	Increases the Hit% of your torpedoes.
	Domingo	Lookout	Gordo's Bistro - You need to have found 30 Discoveries before he'll join you.	Increases the chances of making a Critical Hit.
	Osman	Merchant	Nasrad - Sitting outside her shop near the Palace, after the Valuan attack.	Increases the chances of finding expensive items after battle.
	Kalifa	Merchant	Maramba - In a small building next to the Tavern. You'll need to have a Suiran Blade from Yafutoma in your inventory.	Increases the chances of finding rare items after battle.
	Izmael	Builder	Crescent Isle - Joins you automatically when your base is complete.	Increases the power of your Moonstone Cannon.
	Kirala	Builder	Yafutoma - Use a paddle boat to go over the waterfall from the main lake outside the palace.	Using the Crew command, repairs your ship completely (7 SP).
	Urala	Cook	Yafutoma - In the Tavern on the main lake outside the palace. Will only join once Kirala is a member of your crew.	Using the Crew command, maxes out your ship's SP (15 SP)
	Polly	Cook	Sailor's Island - In the Tavern.	Using the Crew command, replenishes one character's MP (6 SP).
	Ryu-kan	Artisan	Ryu-kan's Island - Far south of Yafutoma. Your Swashbuckler Rating must be "Hero" or above.	Using the Crew command, raises the Attack and Defence of your ship for a short time (15 SP).
	Ilchymis	Artisan	Ilchymis' Island - High above the clouds to the north of Valua. Speak to him, leave the island, then return and speak to him again. At least one party member must know the Riselem spell.	Using the Crew command, raises your ship's attributes for a short time (8 SP).
	Marco	Sailor	Delphinus - Stowed away in a hatch on the bridge when you first get the ship.	Using the Crew command, doubles your ship's Spirit Points (8SP).
	Robinson	Sailor	Dark Rift - On a wrecked ship. You need to have Polly in your crew.	Using the Crew command, reduces the Spirit Point cost of actions for one round (8 SP).
	Merida	Jester	Horteka - In the Tavern. You'll need to have found her letter to Quetya at the top of the Sailor's Island lighthouse before she'll join you.	Increases the value of your ship.
	Pow	Jester	Pirate Isle - Speak to him after you've got the Delphinus and the children of Pirate Isle will send him with you.	Using the Crew command, raises your chance of attacking first for an entire turn (4 SP).
	Pinta	Delegate	Sailor's Island - In the Weapon Merchant store near the lighthouse.	Using the Crew command, protects your ship from cannon fire for a full round (10 SP).
	Moegi	Delegate	Yafutoma - Joins your crew automatically when you leave to sail around the world.	Using the Crew command, protects your ship from magic for a full round (10 SP).
