Swing to Octavius Industries and enter the lab to speak to Dr. Octavius. He directs Peter to a tablet, which you can interact with to begin a circuit project. This is followed by another circuit project, and then another. Solutions for all three circuit projects can be found below. Conclude the setup for a scene. Dr. Octavius wants Peter to look at an article before exiting the lab, so head into his office (you can examine a pair of goggles on a table and a suit hanging from a shelf on the way for some story hints).
Upon entering, Peter can examine the corkboard to the left for a look at Dr. Octavius' condition, and the whiteboard to the right for a look at his plans. Examine the magazine on the small table by the entrance for a short discussion, and then leave the lab to conclude the mission.
