So, the auxilary power is engaged, but the Main Reactor Silo is still offline. Mother Plant is the source of the roots at the Central Reactor. You beat this boss in Sector 2 (TRO.) You begin this fight by using power bombs, until you run out. Onec you run out, blast her like you are a mad man with a missile gun. Once the front half of her body falls off, continue using missiles on her, but now you have to avoid her green lasers. Keep doing that until she turns into a Core X. Beat it like you beat the Scientist's Core X. Do that and get the plasma beam. Now the Main Reactor Silo is online. | |||
