Straight north from the Oblivion Gate you will notice a gate blocking the path to all those towers straight ahead. We must open this to proceed to the towers. Take the west and follow until you find the bridge heading north. Along this path the path will you will see a mound with bloodied claws coming out the top with a fire on it as well. There is a door at the base of it leading to the Caverns of the Abused, head in.

Inside follow the tunnel to the first room, where you will find a doorway leading back outside on the north wall and a tunnel deeper into this area in the southeast corner, take the tunnel down. You will come to another room, this time with a hole in the ground which is emitting a orange glow into this room, drop down. Down here head east down the tunnel to a door that opens to Blood Well. Head up using the Corpse Masher and once it stops ignore the door leading back outside and head to the top of this tower. Activate the Gate Control and head back down and now exit to Waste of Oblivion.

*'''Note:''' Hitting this Gate Control is irrelevant now since where you exit to leads to the tower you were needed to get to in the first place. But since that is what we thought to we would be doing, why not finish the job?

Go to Castle Chorrol and into the great hall. Talk to Countess Valga and ask about Aid for Bruma. She too is willing to help, but not with an Oblivion Gate just outside the city walls. If you have closed the gate already she will lend support. Head up the tower and find the Tornado Gate Control and hit it, this will open the Tsunami Gate. Head back to Countess Valga in Castle Chorrol once you've closed the Oblivion Gate and talk to her about Aid for Bruma to complete this part of the quest.
