Actually, this page exists (less the base stats) on [[Pokémon/Pokédex]]. The stats given on [[Pokémon HeartGold and SoulSilver/National Dex]] are all good info, though, and consistent throughout all Pokémon games, so I would suggest putting that info in [[Pokémon/Pokédex]], and then that page could be transcluded/substituted wherever it's needed (similar to [[Pokémon/Breeding]]).
