Numerous inaccuracies are present in the weapons and their use when compared with their real life counterparts. This is due to either, work schedule not allowing more to be produced, balance reasons, or general historical incompetence. They are as follows:

  • The Lee Enfield No.4 Mk.I and Lee Enfield No.4 Mk.I(T) feature five round magazines, in real life they have ten round magazines.
  • The Type 96 Light Machine Gun in game features twenty round magazines, in real life they utilise thirty round magazines.
  • The M1A1 Thompson should not feature on many of the maps, due to the fact that the M1A1 model of Thompson submachine gun, was issued from 1944 onwards.
  • The Sturmgewehr 44 should not feature on many of the maps, due to the fact that it wasn't issued in any great number until mid 1944.
  • Great Britain, should not be using the Colt M1911A1 in the great capacity that they do in game, the dominant sidearms of the British armed forces during the war were the likes of the; Enfield No.2, Webley Mk.VI .455, and the Webley Mk.IV .38 revolvers. The Colt M1911A1 was used in specialist roles, such as Para's, and Commandos, as their sidearms.
  • Great Britain, should not be using the M1918A2 BAR (Browning Automatic Rifle) as their squad light machine gun/automatic rifle. The few M1918 BAR's issued to the British via sale and lend lease were issued to the LDV, the main squad light machine gun of the British armed forces during the war was the Bren Light Machine Gun.
  • Great Britain, should not be using the Mk.2 Fragmentation Hand Grenade, the main fragmentation hand grenade of the British armed forces during the war was the No.36 Mills bomb.
  • Great Britain, should not be using the Rocket Launcher M1 "Bazooka", the main anti-tank weapons of the British armed forces during the war was the Rifle, Anti-Tank, .55 in, Boys anti-tank rifle, and later the PIAT (Projector, Infantry, Anti Tank).
  • America should not be using the Lee Enfield No.IV Mk.I, the main infantry rifle of the American armed forces during the war was the M1 Garand.
  • America should not be using the Lee Enfield No.IV Mk.I(T), the main sniper rifle of the American armed forces during the war was the Springfield M1903 rifle, in various models.
  • The Soviet Union, should not be using the Colt M1911A1, the main sidearms of the Soviet armed forces during the was the Nagant M1895 revolver, and the Tula Tokarev 30/33.
  • The Soviet Union should not be using the Lee Enfield No.4 Mk.I and Lee Enfield No.4 Mk.I(T), the main infantry and snipers rifles of the Soviet armed forces during the war was the Mosin Nagant M1891/30 rifle.
  • The Soviet Union should not be using the Maschinenpistole 18 , the main submachine guns of the Soviet armed forces during the war, were the likes of, the: PPD-34/38, PPD-40 and the PPSh-41.
  • The Soviet Union should not be using the Rocket Launcher M1, they only received relative small numbers of Bazookas from lend-lease, the main anti-tank weapons of the Soviet armed forces during the war war the PTRD-41, and PTRS-41 anti-tank rifles.
