Ten classes are initially available and two more can be unlocked. In addition to their main class, each character can add a subclass after the 2nd stratum. A subclass can be removed by resting at the Explorer's Guild. A subclass also adds a few skill points once set.

Limits[edit]

Limits are learned by scrolls and can be used by anyone provided they, and their partner(s), can act and have the user's Limit points maxed. Limits also require 1-5 people to equip the skills prior to battle.
