When Meikyuu Shima/Kickle Cubicle was localized outside Japan, four of the twenty islands of the Special Game were removed from the video game. The Western Special Game includes one new island and thirteen islands originally located in the previous lands, for a total of 30 islands instead of 20.

Unlike the previous four lands, there is no overworld map for the Special Game. Instead, both the Japanese and the Western version have the islands in a fixed order.

First of all, you can remove the lower ice pillar and trap Spiny in there, so that he won't be in the way.

Then, push upwards the two ice cubes in the middle, remove the upper ice pillar, and kick the ice cube next to Kickle. The four Max will do the rest. Free Spiny and take the red bags.

There are actually two solutions for this island. The second one uses the hammers in an unconventional way.

1) Freeze the Noggle near the center of the "free" area and push it down. Push the ice cube sideways, and when it hits the spring at the top, push it sideways. Place an ice pillar where the left popsicle was, then push the middle hammer down, then push the ice cube sideways. Grab the red bags.

2) Freeze the Noggle near the center of the "free" area and push it down. Push the ice cube sideways, and when it hits the springs on the left, place an ice pillar where the left popsicle was. Push the left hammer down, and push the ice cube up so that the hammer stops it. Push the middle hammer sideways and then push the ice cube sideways too. When the ice cube hits the right springs, place an ice pillar where the popsicle was. Push the ice cube down and then sideways. When the ice cube hits the left springs, push the middle hammer downwards and get out of the way. Grab the red bags.

Freeze a Noggle, push it to the left and then down; freeze the other Noggle, push it to the right and then down. Remove the ice pillar and make your way past the Bonkers until you get to the ice cube. Kick the ice cube and run for your life back to the starting area. If you are faster than the ice cube, it will fill the hole and you can grab the red bags.

This sounds very easy, once you get the right idea. This is probably a simplified version of the #Japanese island 7.

Get the popsicles at the bottom, and replace the second one with an ice pillar. Freeze the two Noggles and push them down into the hammers and against that ice pillar. Remove the ice pillar, and quickly push the two ice cubes in opposite directions. When they hit each other above, only one will bounce back. Push the other ice cube down to access the last bag.

The Japanese and Western versions are apparently different, but the solution is based on the same principle.

Western version: freeze the Noggle and kick it to the right; when it hits the springs, push it out of the way. Swing the upper hammer to the right. Freeze another Noggle and push it upwards to the rocks, then push it sideways and quickly run after it until you're out of the way. Now, when the ice cube is to the left, swing the upper hammer down and move to the right. Grab the red bags.

Japanese version: get the upper-left red bag. Use the ice pillars to trap the spiny in the area where it started. Freeze the Noggle and kick it to the right; Spiny will destroy it. Free Spiny and go swing the upper hammer to the right. Freeze another Noggle and push it upwards to the rocks, then push it sideways and swiftly run to the right until you're out of the way in the hammer area. Now, when the ice cube is to the left, swing the upper hammer down and move to the right. Grab the red bags.

Simply put, you have to push the ice cube eight times counterclockwise spiraling towards the center of the island, until you will be able to push it to the spring, then down and finally in the square hole.

Kickle has to do a lot of walking on this island.

Make your way to the upper part dodging the three Spiny. Freeze a Noggle and let Max kick it sideways. Do it once more, then walk all the way back to refresh the lower ice cube before it melts.

Repeat the procedure until Max created a bridge to the last red bag.

Island 29

This is the second-last island in both the Japanese and Western version.

In this section, it will be assumed that "push to the popsicle" means "take the popsicle, replace it with an ice pillar, and push the ice cube against that ice pillar".

Let's get started. (1) Freeze the Noggle, push it right to the second popsicle, push it back one popsicle, push it two popsicles down, push it two popsicles left, push it two popsicles up, push it one popsicle right. Done? (2) Now the big idea that no one thinks about: put an ice pillar in the Noggle starting square and push the ice cube down against it. (3) A few more pushes, with feeling: push the ice cube two popsicles left, push it three popsicles down, push it three popsicles right, push it up to the enemy generator, push it two popsicles right and then down to fill the hole. Get the remaining popsicles and the red bags.

This is the last island in both the Japanese and Western version. There is no boss at the end of the Special Game.

First of all, pause the game and give a good look at the island. There are 8 hammers. Two of them cannot be accessed: the ones in the upper-right and lower-left corner; three of them are obstacles that lock away the red bags; the hammer just to the left of Kickle has the same function, too. This leaves out two hammers only, above Kickle, that he should operate several times while the ice cube is moving around, until the path to the lower ice cube is free...
