In addition to the paralyzing gun and the spear, you can count on the help of four special weapons. To be able to use them, however, you must first collect the related ammunition, obtainable from particular enemies who attack with these weapons. Unlike common enemies, these always drop ammo even if they are killed while frozen. Each special weapon has three power levels. To increase the power level of a weapon, simply continue to collect its ammunition. The more ammunition you collect, the higher the power of the weapon. Once you reach a certain power level, this will remain the same even if you run out of ammo or lose a life.
You can collect the following special weapons:

BOOMERANG Low G Man throws a boomerang in front of him, in a straight line. At power level 2 he will throw a boomerang in front of him and one above, while at power level 3, he will throw a boomerang forward, one above, and one back. Especially useful from power level 2, to attack upwards. |

FIREBALL Low G Man shoots a fireball in front of him. At power level 2, the fireballs fired will be two and at power level 3, three, just like for the paralyzing gun. Useful for attacking from the front. |

BOMB These bombs drop straight down when thrown. The higher the level of the weapon, the more bombs you will throw. Useful for attacking from top to bottom. |

WAVE The most powerful special weapon. They work in a similar way to boomerangs, but they have a greater and longer range. However, you will have to be very careful with the enemies that use them. In fact, if you are hit by these waves, you will lose a whole notch of life energy, rather than half. |
Once a weapon has been collected, in order to use it you will need to select it from the Weapon Select Screen, which you can access by pressing

Use the directional buttons to select the desired weapon. For each weapon, the level and number of ammunition available is indicated. To confirm your choice and return to the action, press
