ROM² Karaoke Volume 3 (ロムロムカラオケ ボリューム3?) is a karaoke game developed and published by NEC Avenue for the PC Engine CD-ROM² in 1989. This is the third CD Rom from a series of five karaoke discs from NEC Avenue. Like the other discs, it was supplied with a sound system called ROM² AMP, which included microphone, mixer, and speakers. Songs are played on different backgrounds, some of which display digitized photos, while others feature hand-drawn graphics. Backgrounds may dynamically change with the song, and some of them offer rudimentary interaction.

This volume includes the following songs:

  1. Runner
  2. Train-Train
  3. Kiss Shite Hoshii
  4. Me o Tojite Oide yo
  5. Rō-Ningyō no Yakata
  6. Marionette
  7. Sutekina Yozora
  8. 15 no Kōkishin
