1. It is a game, and | |||
6. It has playerbase comparable to a commercial game. This one also says if it meets this, things like being commercially available, or produced by a corporation do not matter. | |||
There are thousands of players. the ranking in game only shows the top 500 players, and ranked 500 is a level 400-something character. I have never even played a person that high a level, except for NPC boss characters, and I've fought hundreds of people. | |||
You mention that the game has no english publicity. The scope page said language doesn't matter, as long as its guide is in english. | |||
