You now need to neutralise the tanks. Go northwest again to another block clone machine. Push two blocks in the water to bridge to the blue button. Press it once and go south. Turn east after the passing the trapped bugs and go north at the intersection. Walk across the forcefield and you will see another block clone machine. Clone and push four blocks into the water.
