The other problem is the use of the thumb and pinky in coordination with the others, since both fingers are often handicapped by size and muscle differences, they can get in the way.  This play style is reserved for only the most courageous or players who want to take on a rediculous challenge.
+Four fingers is a less common way of playing one-handed. It involves the thumb along with the three-fingered one-handed set-up. The thumb is placed on the down arrow, and the middle finger on the up arrow, so that the four fingers each correspond to one arrow.
