In order to receive this quest, you must kill someone unsuspecting in cold blood. Once you've done this take a nap and you'll be ready to go. When you wake up, you'll be visited by a dark robed man named Lucien Lachance. He will fill you in on the basics and ask you, if you so choose to join, to kill a man. He gives you the Blade of Woe and directs you to the Inn of Ill Omen, in search of one, Rufio.
