Apperently this guy is the daedric god of practical jokes that go too far. | |||
The reward is a staff that will transform any monster to a random different monster. It's pretty useless and can quickly go from fun to dangerous (if you change a rat into a daedric in full armor you could really screw yourself) so it's ideal to turn in to Martin for the Main Quest. | |||
