+After receiving the Pegasus Armor, whenever you win a fight against a Saint, or another turn-based challenger, the doctor will be available at the hospital to fully restore your wounds.  Before you start another fight, proceed to the hospital and distribute all of your Damage to your Cosmos until you are down to a single Damage point.  This will boost your Cosmos to a higher level.  Then enter the hospital to have your Damage restored.  By taking advantage of this, you can ensure that you will have enough Cosmos to survive many battles.
