On your My Page dropdown you will have a tab for Messages. Open this and you will see some default messages from the games NPC's. You can click the message, then click the text next to your avatar to reply to the NPC. The NPC's will give you a variety of missions.
Once you've accepted some missions, you will get a window on your main page that shows your current active missions as well as the ones you've already completed.

| The Long Shot | Hunt a Mule buck worth at least 6 points from 375ft or more |
| First Whitetail | Hunt a Whitetail buck |
| A Longer Range | Take a Whitetail buck from at least 150ft |
| More Points | Hunt an 8pt Whitetail buck (8 total points) |
| Big Haul | Harvest 3 Whitetails, more than 150 lbs each |
| Extreme Range | Take a Whitetail buck from 450ft or more |
| Turkey Training | Hunt one tom (male) |
| Triple Turkey Tracker | Hunt 3 toms |
| Caruncle Crusher | Take a tom from under 10 feet (the mission says 30 feet, but its a bug) |
| Longbeard | Hunt a tom with a 10 inch beard |
