You will first have to connect your Sinclair ZX Spectrum, Commodore 64, Amstrad CPC, MSX or Commodore Amiga (and cassette recorder, in the case of the 8-bit versions) to your television, then switch all three (or both, for the case of the Amiga version) of them on; you will then have to place Side 1 of the first cassette of Grandslam Entertainment's Teque Interactive-developed 1988 action game, Thunderbirds into the cassette recorder (or the first disk into the console itself for the case of the Amiga version), rewind it (unless it is your first time playing), type LOAD "" without leaving a space between the quotation marks (or following the on-screen instructions for switching to the second disk in the case of the Amiga version) and press Enter to load the program into the console. At the end of Mission 1 you will have to turn the first cassette over for Mission 2 - and at the end of Mission 2, you will have to switch to Side 1 of the second cassette for Mission 3. Finally, at the end of Mission 3, you shall have to turn the second cassette over for Mission 4; it is also worth noting that as with Part 2 of Creative Sparks's Danger Mouse in the Black Forest Chateau (1984), Missions 2-4 are protected by passwords, which you will only receive at the end of Missions 1-3, so you cannot play those missions before you find out what they are. The solution for Missions 1 and 2 was also published in Crash magazine in September 1989 - and it was followed by the solution for Missions 3 and 4 in October of the same year.
