Your team is deployed a few blocks south of the central roadblocks, and you will need to take them out. These roadblocks are enemy encampments with anti-vechular grenade launchers. While there are tank traps and regular barricades further along the road, your task only requires attacking the encampments.
Deployment[edit]
You are dropped by helicopter into a small alley. As you approach the nearby graveyard, a small vehicle will approach from the east. Shoot the gunner before it inflicts too much damage.
Two solders will also try approaching through the graveyard.
Western roadblock[edit]
The easiest route to attack the roadblock is from behind - that is, the road just to the east of the roadblock (or from the upper road if you prefer). You will need to take out the two grenade launcher emplacements, both located on the southern side of the road, and one of which is behind cover.
Next, defeat the soldiers within the tents.
Upper road[edit]
The upper road is not essential for completing the map, but may be the location of a major firefight. While only one or two enemies may patrol the southern roads, there will be enemies advancing from the north. You can deal with them by waiting for them to advance, and attacking when they enter vision.
There are also two soldiers located on the roof of the middle building on the northern side of the bridge.
If the battle here is too intense, you can take a detour to the south.
Eastern roadblock[edit]
There are two grenade launchers that need to be neutralized. One is in the middle, and the other is at the northern side of the road behind cover. The other soldiers are on patrol in the roadblock, and may be caught at the southern end of the roadblock.
When both roadblocks are cleared, head to the extraction point.
Extraction[edit]
Shortly after take off, General Patton's helicopter crashes. In response, you will be dropped off at the eastern roadblock, and be able to re-equip any desired weapons. The next section will have enemies attacking in groups, making the grenade launcher useful.
Head to the north to reach General Patton. Hold off the enemy troops that attack from the south in groups. After a few minutes, a helicopter should arrive to extract the General.
An APC will arrive to pick you up for the next mission.
