To-Do[edit]

Hey, BaeJung92. You asked me how to add the to-do function to your user page, well here it is: {{todo priority|personal}}. Place that any place you want on your user page and you'll have the to-do function 0-172 1:27, 31 October 2006 (CDT)

Image categorisation[edit]

I see you've been uploading a few images lately. When doing so, could you please make sure to categorise them using the correct image categories? The image policy is viewable here, and contains all the information you'll need to categorise future uploads. Namely, make sure to have the name of the game in the filename (such as Image:CoD2 Demolition.jpg.) Also put it in Category:Call of Duty 2 images and Category:Screenshots.--Prod (Talk) 15:20, 4 November 2006 (CST)

I had the same problem when I began uploading images. First of all there was categorisation. Then there was the name of the image (which is more important than you may think). Just to tell you, when you don't categorise images, that leaves uneccessary works for others, so please categorise. And when you categorise please correctly categorise as well. Your main problem with that is the Call of Duty 2 images. You put them in a category titled Call of Duty 2, but the correct category is Call of Duty 2 images. 0-172 21:48, 4 November 2006 (CST)
And image naming is annoying since it changes the target name after you select the file. Just make sure that you browse for the file first, then select the name you want it to have (this has annoyed me sooo many times :P). -- Prod (Talk) 16:03, 4 November 2006 (CST)
Can you please reupload these images with proper names? Rather than things like Shotxxx.jpg, call them something like COD2 Demolition.jpg. Something to tell what type of image it is or from what part of the game it's from. -- Prod (Talk) 17:34, 18 November 2006 (CST)
I am backing Prod up. I was a victim of image names as well, and it is frustrating and annoying. I will tell you once again, I had th same problems when I first began to upload images.
  • Take this image for example:
    PD&P Aruseus.png

That image is of Aruseus from Pokémon Diamond and Pearl. This is the image name [[Image:PD&P Aruseus.png|left]]. This is an image that I uploaded. 0-172 16:43, 19 November 2006 (CST)

It's not that important (so don't have to go back thorough your images), but the general standard is to have the categories listed at the end of the summary rather than the beginning. Not major, but it makes editing a bit more "standardized". -- Prod (Talk) 19:48, 14 July 2007 (CDT)

CoD 2 Walkthrough[edit]

Hey, I just wanted to let you know, I took care of re-arranging the CoD 2. Now the walkthrough page is a table of contents listing the campaigns. I added footer nav as well, for more convenient and easier navigation of the walkthrough. 0-172 16:54, 9 December 2006 (CST)

I've added the Muliplayer section to the ToC. 0-172 1:50, 3 January 2007 (CST)

This what you intended? Call of Duty 2/British Campaign. Lunar Knight Talk to me 13:21, 28 February 2007 (CST)

Star Wars: Battlefront II[edit]

I created the article Star Wars: Battlefront II for you. 0-172 21:31, 10 December 2006 (CST)

Nice Image captions. 0-172 17:06. 13 January 2007 (CST)

Sidebar[edit]

Hey, to put things into the sidbar use this:

<div id="nav_toc" style=" padding: 0.5em; "> <div style=" text-align: center; background-color: #DDDDDD; margin-top: 1em; ">'''My Pages'''</div>

for a personal page input something like this: [[User:Baejung92/My games and stats|My games and stats]]. Lunar Knight (Talk to me + Contribs) 18:28, 7 March 2007 (CST)

Image Name[edit]

Hi, great work on the CoD 2 walkthrough, just one question, what mission is this image from, I'm renaming the images and have no idea what to call it. Happy editing.--RockyRally-X Rock.png (Talk - Contributions) 12:49, 22 April 2007 (CDT)

Hey, thanks for renaming them! It's from the Demolition mission... I kinda forgot I even uploaded it.

No problem, thanks for the help. BTW you might want to incorporate it into the guide sometime, the new link to it's be here, thanks again and happy editing!--RockyRally-X Rock.png (Talk - Contributions) 10:55, 23 April 2007 (CDT)

About CoD2...You've got company[edit]

Just to let you know, you've got company on the CoD2 article. Pleaser see: Paryguy87. He plans on working on the Multiplayer page. Lunar Knight (Talk to me + Contribs) 19:03, 6 May 2007 (CDT)

Just wanted to give you a heads up, the CoD2 walkthrough has been reformatted. It is not the Russian, British, American campaign anymore. Each individual mission has it's own page now. Lunar Knight (Talk to me + Contribs) 17:36, 13 May 2007 (CDT)

CoD2 Formatting[edit]

Heh...The funny thing is, I didn't have a hand in any of that, You can thank Poiuytre for the reformatting. I remember I told you this morning that the walkthrough had been reformatted, but I didn't specify who did it. Sorry. Lunar Knight (Talk to me + Contribs) 20:40, 14 May 2007 (CDT)

.pcx files[edit]

How did you get .pcx files to display on your computer? Lunar Knight (Talk to me + Contribs) 16:37, 26 May 2007 (CDT)

I started the game through Xfire and took a screenshot by pressing Scroll Lock+S instead of F12. I'm not actually sure if they're .pcx or not, but as long as it works, I'm fine with it!
